In the description section, it was emphatically stated that it was genuine, unlike others. It was a little more expensive than other stores, but I payed cause I believed that it was genuine. However, what I received was a fake product. The metal part of the genuine one is flexible, and it gently flexes when the wicker panel is applied. However, the one from this store is just a hard metal pipe, and it is so heavy that I thought the ceiling would collapse. The metal pipe is poorly treated and sticks into the wicker panel, and damaging it.
Also, the shape of the ceiling cover is different, and the metal bar inside creates a large gap between the ceiling and the cover.
In addition, the packing material was shoddy and the styrofoam was crumbling into pieces.
